What made you want to become a personal trainer?
I’ve been a personal trainer since 2006. Growing up I always wanted to be in a profession in which I could help people and I’ve always had a love for exercise and working out. In 2006 I found a way to make my passion become my profession when I became a personal trainer and was able to teach others about health and fitness and help their goals reality.
What are your core beliefs when it comes to health and wellness?
Your body is your temple and you only get one life; take care of your body and it will take care of you. There is no quick fix to health and wellness, it is a lifestyle change. It is important to take your time and do things right as it is about quality, not quantity.
What is the most rewarding thing about being a Personal Trainer?
Helping my clients become stronger and healthier versions of themselves through nutrition and fitness. Seeing the physical and mental transformation of my clients as they becomeachieve something that they once thought was impossible.

Do you have tips on how to burn more calories throughout the day?
Get up and walk around throughout the day, take the stairs instead of the elevator, stand instead of sitting and most important drink more water!
What is your favorite snack food( fruits, vegetables, snack bars etc.)?
Roasted cinnamon mixed nuts, strawberries, spinach and bell peppers.
What do you think is the most valuable benefit of working with a Personal Trainer?
Working with a personal trainer helps you learn proper form which can help prevent injury. It also makes you accountable since you have a date and time scheduled for you workout. But more importantly, a personal trainer has the understanding of how the body works and can customize a workout to meet your goals and needs.
