The Real Fountain of Youth?

Would you agree that we all want to slow the aging process and look and feel younger and healthier? I know I do. There is no magic pill, however along with exercise there are several foods that may help this process.

Let’s start with these…

* Bell Peppers
They are full of vitamin A, which contributes to healthy and glowing skin.

* Green Tea
Green tea is rich in antioxidants, which help you ward off wrinkles and other signs of aging.

* Prunes
Prunes are rich in fiber, which helps you keep your digestion in order. It’s not all about the outside appearance.

* Lemon/Lemon Juice
Lemon juice can help make your nails look whiter and remove marks from your skin, also known as age spots.

* Strawberries
Strawberries are rich in antioxidants, which research shows slows aging.

* Cinnamon
Not only does it taste great and it’s a very versatile spice, but due to its thermogenic properties, cinnamon helps in burning the fat in your body.

* Apple Cider Vinegar
Apple cider vinegar is used as a natural remedy for acne and warts. It clears your skin from within.

* Walnuts
One of the most healthy nuts. Walnuts support your cell membranes by providing essential fatty acids.

In closing, there are many ways and many foods we can take to help us look and feel younger. There is no overnight fix. If you take care of your body, it will take care of you.
