With so many nuts in the world, how do we know which ones are best for us? Nuts are typically very high in monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats which are healthy for you. There are many ways to incorporate nuts into your dietary habits, by the handful, in a salad, in a trail mix, crusted meats, stir-fry and many more.
